Changes of Ultra fine Stainless Steel Wire Rope after Annealing

After annealing, the ultra-fine steel wire rope will undergo many changes, resulting in better verticality and no loose strands. But there are many steel wire ropes that experience a decrease in tensile strength after annealing, especially multi strand stainless steel wire ropes. For example, a stainless steel wire rope with a specification of 7 * 19 and a diameter of 1.5mm may experience a decrease in tensile strength after being cleaned, but it will not be flattened and has good verticality.

For single strand ultra thin steel wire ropes, in most cases customers require non clearance because the main focus of single strand steel wire ropes is on their tensile strength, and the thicker the rope, the less likely it is to become tangled and loose. After cleaning, the ultra-fine steel wire rope will also become brighter than before, with a shiny and oil-free surface.
