How to solve the problem of micro wire rope electric hoist?

In the process of applying miniature steel wire ropes, we inevitably encounter various problems with electric hoists, big and small. So how to solve them

1. First, check if the power fuse of the micro wire rope electric hoist is burnt out. If one phase is broken, the electric hoist motor will start single-phase with a starting torque of 0, and the motor cannot rotate. The fuse should be replaced.

Secondly, the voltage of the power grid is too low. The starting torque is directly proportional to the square of the voltage. If the acceleration torque cannot overcome the load torque and cannot reach the operating speed, the grid voltage should be appropriately increased.

3. Short circuit, grounding or open circuit between stator windings. When the winding is grounded, the junction box should be opened for inspection; When breaking the circuit, not only should the motor be checked, but also the wiring of the control equipment should be checked for correctness, and the contactor should be replaced if necessary.

4. Overloaded or faulty transmission machinery. It is reasonable to match the power of the electric motor with a miniature wire rope electric hoist. The lifting object should not be overloaded. If the electric hoist cannot rotate, the load should be removed first. If the motor can start normally, it indicates that there is a fault in the transmission mechanism such as the gearbox. The dragged mechanism should be checked and the fault should be resolved.
